Required:
  • Over7 years of experience in implementing Integrated workplacemanagement systems (IWMS) IBMTRIRIGA.
  • Demonstratedexperience in developing project approach, plans andschedules.
  • Proventrack record in leading, organizing, and coordinating multiple workactivities simultaneously across a matrixedorganization.
  • Proventrack record in delivery of on-time, on-budget projects with a highdegree of user satisfaction andquality.
  • Proventrack record implementing varying principles and techniques ofproject management, including the ability to develop and trackcomplex project plans, manage risks, manage scope, and manageresources.
  • Experiencein managing project financials (budgeting, forecasting, trackingandreconciliation).
  • Experienceapplying project management skills to application development andsupport.
  • Knowledgeof product developmentprinciples.
  • Proventrack record of managing complex relationships among customers andstakeholders on projects which have significant executiveoversight.
  • Proventrack record of building coalitions among variousstakeholders.
  • Managemultiple workstreams, prepares meeting minutes and status reports,and interface with stakeholders to ensure strategy and executionare aligned with definedobjectives.
  • Excellentconflict resolutionskills.
  • Experiencedat establishing and maintaining effective workingrelationships.
  • Experiencedwith the principles of full life cycle systems design, development,anddeployment.
  • Experiencedwith providing clear goals, responsibilities, and providingmeasurable performance andfeedback.
  • Excellentanalytical capabilities and the ability to breakdown complex ideasinto manageablepieces.
  • Excellentwritten and verbal communication skills, with both technical andnon-technical audiences, including creating and presentingexecutive summaries to steering committees and other executivelevelleadership.
  • Experiencedwith MS Office/365 applications including Word, Excel, Project,PowerPoint, Visio, Teams andSharePoint.
  • Knowledgeof digital government and digital governmentstrategies.
  • Abilityto identify and evaluate alternative solutions, costs andbenefits.
  • Abilityto communicate effectively in English, orally and inwriting.
  • Abilityto read and draft business process models, swim lanes, and flowdiagrams
DesiredSkills:
  • Sevenor more years of project management experience. Preferablyexperience in Integrated workplace management systems(IWMS).
  • Knowledgein IBM TRIRIGAsoftware.
  • Recentexperience within government agencies or public bodies withprojects of a similartype.
  • CertifiedProject Management Professional (PMP) with agile/scrum training andcertification.
