Our client is aholding leading investment company in the UAE seeking a skilledCivil Site Engineer to join theirteam.

Theideal candidate will have extensive experience in buildingconstruction particularly in the construction of luxurious villaspalaces or highrise buildings. The Site Engineer will beresponsible for overseeing and managing all civil engineeringaspects of the construction project ensuring that it is completedsafely on time and withinbudget.

Responsibilities:

Supervise andmanage all civil engineering activities on the constructionsite.
Coordinate withthe project manager architects and other stakeholders to ensurethat project requirements aremet.
Conduct regularsite inspections to monitor progress quality and safetystandards.
Ensurecompliance with all relevant building codes regulations andstandards.
Managesubcontractors and laborers to ensure efficient and productivework.
Review andapprove construction drawings specifications andmaterials.
Resolve anytechnical issues or challenges that may arise during theconstructionprocess.
Prepare andmaintain accurate project documentation including reports schedulesandbudgets.
Communicateeffectively with the project team clients and otherstakeholders.
Implement andenforce safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe workingenvironment for allpersonnel.

RequirementsBachelors degreein Civil Engineering or relatedfield.
510years of experience in building construction with a focus onluxurious villas palaces or highrisebuildings.
Proven trackrecord of successfully managing construction projects from start tofinish.
Strong knowledgeof civil engineering principles techniques andpractices.
Excellentcommunication leadership and organizationalskills.
Ability to workeffectively in a fastpaced and dynamicenvironment.
Proficiency inconstruction management software and Microsoft OfficeSuite.
Validprofessional engineer license (PE) ispreferred.
Willingness totravel to different project sites asneeded.

Proven track record ofsuccessfully managing construction projects from start to finish.Strong knowledge of civil engineering principles, techniques, andpractices. Excellent communication, leadership, and organizationalskills. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamicenvironment. Proficiency in construction management software andMicrosoft Office Suite. Valid professional engineer license (PE) ispreferred. Willingness to travel to different project sites asneeded.
