Regulatory Affairs Associate (m/f/*)The Impact You'll Make in this RoleAs a Certification and Conformance Regulatory Affairs Associate for the 3M Personal Safety Division at 3M Gulf Ltd., you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world.Here, you will make an impact by:Identifying the regulatory product certification requirements for Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) portfolios and geographies supported.Preparing and submitting regulatory documentation for product certification schemes applicable to PSD's product portfolio and maintaining documentation in division and corporate systems.Actively working with appropriate test labs, notified bodies, and agencies to submit products for certification, accelerate the registration process, and arrange manufacturing site audits as required to ensure conformance of products.Collaborating with business portfolio leader(s), application engineers, quality, manufacturing, and other cross-functional roles for the introduction of new products and management of change in existing products to ensure regulatory compliance.Engaging with regulatory authorities, notified bodies, or agencies with any post-market follow-up activities or issues.Performing routine regulatory tasks for new and existing products.Keeping abreast of changes in applicable standards and Regulations/Directives.Your Skills and ExpertiseTo set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M is looking for candidates who meet the following minimum requirements:Bachelor's degree or higher (completed and verified prior to start) in a scientific or engineering discipline or Diploma or equivalent with significant previous regulatory experience.Past experience in a regulatory affairs role from at least United Arab Emirates.Fluent in English and Arabic (mandatory requirement).Additional knowledge / nice-to-have skills / preferred qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:Desired skills: interpersonal effectiveness, oral and written communication proficiency, organisational skills (prioritisation, project management)Ability to work well alone and in diverse teamsFlexible with a high degree of personal integrity and motivationAnalytical and problem-solving skillsEye for detailWorking experience in multinational companiesKnowledge of standards and regulatory framework relating to PPE is desirableSelf-starter who can effectively work in a fast-paced environment, with an appropriate sense of urgencyJob specifics:Location: United Arab Emirates, DubaiTravel expectations (if applicable): May include up to 5% domestic and internationalHybridWorking pattern: full timeDoes this opportunity and our innovative 3M culture align with your career aspirations?If so, we encourage you to apply and embark on a journey of creativity and growth with us.We look forward to hearing from you#J-18808-Ljbffr
