FrontOffice Bell Attendant

Anexciting opportunity has arisen for a Front OfficeBell Attendant to join Rixos Premium SaadiyatIsland.

What You Will BeDoing

  • Ensure the prompt and efficienthandling off all guest luggage on arrival, during stay, departureand the luggage store, as well as ensure safety and security ofguest luggage.
  • Assure that every luggage iscovered with a baggage claim tag.
  • Parking ofguests and visitors vehicles in the designated hotel parkingarea.
  • Resolve guests complaints/ requests andliaise with the department concerned to ensure immediatefollow-up.
  • Handle issuance of guest room keycards and ensure effective control for guestsecurity.
  • Report any unusual occurrences orrequests to the Concierge desk.

Qualifications

Yourexperience and skills include:

  • Previous 5 Star Hotelexperience.
  • Relevant experience as a BellAttendant or similar is an asset.
  • Highlyresponsible & reliable.
  • Excellentcommunication skills, both written and verbal required.
