Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Cafe Manager with pre-opening experience, located in Abu Dhabi. The Cafe Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the cafe, including staff management, customer service, and inventory control. They will ensure that the cafe operates smoothly, providing excellent service and high-quality food and beverages. The role also involves coordinating with the events team for any special functions hosted at the cafe. The Cafe Manager will also be tasked with driving sales and ensuring customer satisfaction by maintaining a welcoming and family-friendly environment.
Qualifications
- Strong Customer Service and Communication skills
- Experience in Food & Beverage management and Food Service
- Ability to drive Sales and achieve targets
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills
- Prior experience in a cafe or restaurant setting, preferably with pre-opening experience
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations related to food service
- Able to train staff to achieve high customer satisfaction
- Experience in managing all operations including vendor management, maintenance and payroll
- Excellent in marketing and building customer relationships
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or a related field is a plus
