Your challenges andmission
  • Be thearchitect of our digital experience. Youll build and maintain arobust design system that ensures a seamless and consistent userjourney across our platforms tackling the challenges of complexityand responsiveness headon.
  • Nurtureand inspire your team. Youll guide and mentor a team of productdesigners fostering a collaborative environment where creativityflourishes and everyones skills are constantlyevolving.
  • Conquer the mobilefrontier. Youll design intuitive and impactful mobile tradingapplications transforming intricate trading processes intoeffortless user flows.
  • Collaborateand conquer. Youll partner closely with Product Management andEngineering teams translating your design vision into reality andensuring a smooth path from concept tolaunch.
  • Become the users voice. Youllconduct user research turning insights into actionable designdecisions and validating your ideas through interactiveprototypes.
  • Bring your tradingexpertise to the table (bonus). If youve got experience in thetrading world youll have a unique advantage in creating designsthat resonate with our users and align with their complexneeds.
  • Never stop innovating. Youllconstantly explore new trends and technologies ensuring ourproducts remain at the cutting edge of design andfunctionality.
  • Be a persuasiveadvocate for design. Youll confidently present your solutions tostakeholders showcasing the value of design and securing buyin ateverylevel.


Requirements

  • 7 years in product designwith at least 3 years in a senior or principal designrole
  • Proven experience in developingand scaling design systems that ensure consistent and flexibleproduct experiences
  • Demonstrablesuccess in designing for iOS and Android platforms simplifyingcomplex workflows into intuitive userfriendlyinterfaces
  • Deep proficiency in Figmaor similar design tools with experience in prototyping wireframinginteractive design and userflows
  • Strong knowledge of usercentreddesign principles and deep expertise in simplifying complexprocesses without sacrificingfunctionality
  • Excellent communicationskills able to justify design decisions persuasively and influenceteams across thebusiness
Whatsgood tohave
  • Experiencein designing trading platforms or financial applications especiallythose involving CFDs Options Commodities Crypto orForex.
  • Familiarity with HTML CSS andJavaScript is a plus enabling smooth collaboration withdevelopers.
  • Proven ability to analyseand integrate user feedback translating insights into designupgrades for continuous productimprovement.
