About the Role The purpose of this role is to provide support for the collection, analysis, and dissemination of insights to our clients. Key responsibilities: Build reports and dashboards with support from a lead Complete quality checks of reports and dashboards with support from a lead Identify insights in dashboards and communicate insights to internal teams Maintain dashboards after launch incorporating necessary edits when data and feeds change Test performance of reports and dashboards and tune performance to client requirements Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Analytics, Marketing, Business, Computer Science, or a related field. 0–2 years of experience in reporting, data analysis, or dashboard development (internships count). Familiarity with data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, Looker Studio) and strong Excel skills. Ability to translate business requirements into dashboard designs and validate data accuracy. Strong analytical skills with the ability to extract insights and troubleshoot data issues. Detail-oriented, organized, and able to maintain dashboards post-launch. Clear communicator with the ability to present insights to internal teams. Proactive, collaborative, and eager to learn new tools and techniques.
