Senior Civil Engineer Position at Penspen – onshore projects in the oil and gas sector. We are hiring a Senior Civil Engineer with strong experience in FEED and Detailed Design phases of oil and gas projects. Key Responsibilities Perform civil and structural engineering activities during FEED and detailed design phases. Develop and review design calculations, drawings, and technical specifications. Ensure compliance with international codes, standards, and client requirements. Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to support integrated project delivery. Review vendor and contractor documents and provide technical input. Support constructability reviews and address design queries. Qualifications A bachelor's degree in civil or related engineering. Minimum of 15–20 years' relevant experience in oil & gas (including 5 years in the GCC region). At least five years of experience in a similar position for international major oil & gas or petrochemical projects. Experience with major onshore projects. Experience in concept study, FEED, design and detailed engineering.
