Overview: As a MobileDeveloper / React Native Developer you will lead the development ofcomplex software solutions using the React Native technologies. Responsibilities:
TechnicalLeadership:
  • Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to translatebusiness requirements into technicalspecifications.
  • Provide technical guidance andleadership to a team of developers ensuring adherence to bestpractices and coding standards.
  • Conduct codereviews to maintain code quality identify areas for improvement andmentor junior teammembers.
SystemArchitecture and Design:
  • Architect and design solutions that are scalable flexible and alignwith the organizations technical strategy.
  • Evaluate and recommend appropriate technologies and tools toachieve project goals.
Performance Optimization:
  • Identify performance bottlenecks and optimize code and databasequeries for enhanced application performance.
  • Monitor and troubleshoot application issues to ensure highavailability andreliability.
Testing andQuality Assurance:
  • Collaborate with the QA team to ensure software quality andparticipate in debugging and resolvingissues.
Documentation andReporting:
  • Maintain clearand comprehensive technical documentation for all developmentactivities.
  • Provide regular project statusupdates and reports to the project manager andstakeholders.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelors degree in Computer Science SoftwareEngineering or a related field.
  • Proven 4 yearsof experience as a React Native Developer or similar role with astrong track record of delivering successfulprojects.
  • Indepth knowledge of React Native C#.NET framework ASP.NET SharePoint Online and SharePointServer.
  • Proficiency in web developmenttechnologies like HTML CSS JavaScript and frontend frameworks (e.g.Angular React).
  • Experience with databasedesign and development using SQL Server or other relationaldatabases.
  • Strong understanding of softwaredesign principles design patterns and bestpractices.
  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrummethodologies and version control systems (e.g.Git).
  • Excellent problemsolving skills and theability to handle complex technicalchallenges.
  • Strong communication skills andthe ability to collaborate effectively with team members andstakeholders.
  • Proactive attitude with apassion for continuous learning and staying uptodate with industrytrends.
