JobResponsibilities:
– Assist the QS Manager inall matters relating to the financial and contractual aspects ofthe project.

– Provide support on all financialand contractual matters throughout the course of the work in theproject.
– Participate in all commercialmeetings.
– Finalize the Contractors monthlypayment certificates.
– Streamline all cost andquantity records.
– Advise the SRE and REs onmeasurement procedures and calculation of interim and finalquantities.
– Participate in recording thedetails and monitor the day works recording andprocess.
– Evaluate contractualclaims.
– Advise on contractual matters relatedto financial issues.
– Ensure completeness andvalidity of all contractual requirements.

– Partake in the auditing of paymentsto Contractors.
