They must be highly proficient in Zoho Books , QuickBooks Online , and Odoo , with the ability to finalize accounts—including Balance Sheet and Profit & Loss—accurately and with minimal supervision. A strong analytical approach, excellent organizational skills, and client-facing confidence are essential. Key Responsibilities Manage and supervise a designated portfolio of clients, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of all accounting and tax services. Maintain full accounting records in accordance with IFRS and generally accepted accounting principles. Execute and oversee month‑end closing , account reconciliation , balance sheet and P&L finalization with minimal guidance. Review and analyze clients’ accounting entries, ensuring compliance and correctness. Prepare and review financial statements and basic internal audit reports . Communicate proactively with clients regarding accounting matters, tax filing requirements, deadlines, and documentation—including periodic client visits. Handle UAE VAT tasks independently: filing, amendments, voluntary/discontinuation registration, and responding to EmaraTax inquiries. Ensure accuracy and completeness in bookkeeping while managing both physical and digital records. Demonstrate strong working knowledge and hands‑on expertise in: Zoho Books & Zoho ecosystem QuickBooks Online (QBO) Odoo Accounting Support team members where required and contribute to continuous improvement of internal accounting processes. Qualifications 3+ years of professional accounting experience in the UAE or similar jurisdictions. Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics , or equivalent. Strong knowledge of IFRS, VAT law, and accounting finalization procedures. Advanced proficiency in Zoho, QBO, and Odoo is mandatory . Professional certifications (CPA, ACCA, CMA) are preferred but not required.
