Direct message the job poster from Staffingine LLC ***Applicants will be screen and shortlisted on first come basis *** Core Responsibilities Test Planning & Preparation Analyze project requirements and design comprehensive test plans and test cases. Identify testing scope, objectives, resources, and deliverables. Prepare and manage test data and environments. Test Execution Execute manual and automated test cases across different platforms (web, mobile, API, etc.). Validate functionality, usability, compatibility, security, and performance. Log defects and track them through resolution. Identify, document, and report software bugs clearly with reproducible steps. Work closely with developers to prioritize and resolve issues. Re-test fixed defects and perform regression testing. Automation Testing (if applicable) Design and implement automated test scripts using tools such as Selenium, Cypress, JUnit, TestNG, etc. Maintain automation frameworks and integrate them into CI/CD pipelines. Collaborate with business analysts, developers, and project managers to clarify requirements. Participate in daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives in Agile environments. Provide regular status updates and test progress reports. Quality Assurance Ensure that deliverables meet defined acceptance criteria and organizational quality standards. Perform risk-based testing and suggest improvements to enhance quality. Advocate for QA best practices throughout the software development lifecycle. Contribute to process improvements in testing methodology, tools, and workflows. Stay updated with industry trends and emerging QA technologies. Test plans and test cases. Defect logs and status updates. Final sign-off on quality before release.
