What YouWill Do

  • Toprovide a day-to-day support in F&B department by judicioususe of time and available admin tools andresources
  • Help to create and maintaining aunique guest experience and upholding resort brand standards (VIPArrival meeting to attend+ direct line toGR)
  • Follow up glitches related to F&B(meeting guest if requested/recovery under F&B &ADOFB supervision)
  • Answering incoming callstaking messages and re-directing calls asrequired
  • Taking minutes of meetings asrequired
  • Assisting F&B team in dailyschedule
  • Updating employee s schedule andpayroll processing
  • Assisting in all F&Badmin related tasks
  • Comply with FourSeasons’ Category One and Category Two Work Rules andStandards of Conduct as set forth in EmPact.

What YouBring

  • Previous F&B experience inluxury hotel or resort.
  • Excellent Computerskills & software.
  • Native Englishspeaker will have an advantage.
  • The ability towork in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellentorganizational and time managementskills.
  • Effective communicationskills.
