Overview:

We are looking fortalented individual to join our team as a Development &Support Engineer specializing in core banking solutions. The idealcandidate will be responsible for both the development and supportof Finacles core banking software ensuring the successfulimplementation customization and ongoing maintenance of bankingsystems for our clients. This role offers the opportunity to workwith cuttingedge technology collaborate with global teams and makea significant impact in the banking industry.

Responsibilities: SoftwareDevelopment
  • Design develop and customize core banking solutions using theFinacle platform to meet client requirements and industrystandards.
  • Implement new featuresfunctionalities and enhancements to Finacle core banking modulesbased on business needs and regulatorychanges.
  • Collaborate with business analystssolution architects and project managers to understand customerrequirements and translate them into technicalsolutions.
  • Write clean efficient andwelldocumented code using Java Oracle PL/SQL and other relevanttechnologies.
  • Conduct unit testing integrationtesting and performance testing to ensure the quality andreliability of developedsoftware.
TechnicalSupport
  • Provide technical support to clients during the implementationintegration and postproduction phases of core bankingprojects.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technicalissues related to Finacle core banking software includingapplication errors performance issues and datadiscrepancies.
  • Communicate effectively withclients to gather requirements provide updates on issue resolutionprogress and offer guidance and bestpractices.
  • Document support ticketsresolutions and troubleshooting procedures to build a comprehensiveknowledge base and facilitate selfservicesupport.
CustomerEngagement
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by deliveringexceptional customer service and support.
  • Conduct training sessions workshops and knowledgesharing sessionsto educate clients on Finacle core banking functionalities featuresand best practices.
  • Gather feedback fromclients regarding software usage performance and enhancementrequests and communicate insights to the product developmentteam.
Act as a trustedadvisor to clients offering strategic guidance and recommendationsfor optimizing their core banking operations and leveraging Finaclesolutions effectively Qualifications:
  • Bachelors degree in Computer ScienceInformation Technology or a related field.
  • Proven experience in software development and technical supportwith expertise in core banking systems andsolutions.
  • Strong proficiency in Javaprogramming language and Oracle PL/SQL with experience indeveloping and customizing bankingapplications.
  • Familiarity with Finacle corebanking platform or similar banking software is highlydesirable.
  • Excellent problemsolving skillswith the ability to analyze complex issues and propose effectivesolutions.
  • Exceptional communication skillsboth verbal and written with the ability to communicate technicalconcepts to nontechnical stakeholders.
  • Priorexperience in a customerfacing role or client services environmentwithin the banking or financial services industry is aplus.
  • Ability to work independently managemultiple tasks and thrive in a fastpaced dynamicenvironment.
  • A proactive and customercentricattitude with a commitment to delivering highquality support andsolutions.
