About the Company:Our client is a fast-paced, clinical-stage biotech companyspecializing in innovative therapies for cancer patients with raretumors. They are currently in pivotal phase II and phase II/IIIdevelopment for their lead products. As a Senior MSL,you’ll play a crucial role in advancing their mission tobring cutting-edge treatments to cancerpatients.

KeyResponsibilities:

Scientific RelationshipBuilding:

  • Establishstrong relationships with major academic institutions, academic keyopinion leaders (KOLs), and externalexperts.

ScientificExchange:

  • Maintain anadvanced level of knowledge about relevant studies, compounds, anddiseases to facilitate peer-to-peer scientific exchange withoncology thoughtleaders.

Resource forPartners:

  • Serve as amedical/scientific resource to external and internal partners,including clinical trial sites and the Clinical Development& Operationsorganization.

StrategicPlanning:

  • Develop andmaintain a territory strategic and tactical plan aligned withMedical Affairs (MA)goals.

InsightReporting:

  • Identify andreport strategic and business-relevant scientific/medical fieldinsights.

Collaboration:

  • Workcross-functionally to support shared companygoals.

Represent theCompany:

  • Attendmedical/scientific conferences, advisory boards, and investigatormeetings, providing insights andsummaries.

ContinuousLearning:

  • Stay updatedon new scientific developments in oncology and understand globalmarkettrends.

Compliance:

  • Conductall activities in accordance with regulatory and companyguidelines.

Qualifications andSkills:

ScientificKnowledge:

  • In-depthunderstanding of oncology therapeuticareas.

IndustryExperience:

  • At least 5years of previous industry experience in an MSLrole.
