Responsibilities Oversee the preparation and analysis of financial statements, reports, and forecasts. Develop strategic plans and actionable financial strategies to meet organizational goals. Lead the annual budget process and monitor compliance and performance metrics. Conduct in-depth financial analysis to identify trends, variances, and risk factors. Collaborate with department heads to develop financial plans and projections. Ensure compliance with accounting principles, regulations, and company policies. Manage the audit process and coordinate with external auditors to ensure accuracy. Identify opportunities for cost reduction and implement efficiency improvements. Supervise and mentor finance staff, providing guidance and professional development. Present financial insights and recommendations to senior management and stakeholders. Develop and maintain relationships with banks, investors, and financial institutions. Oversee cash flow management and financial risk assessment for informed decision making. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field is required. Minimum of 8 years of experience in finance management within corporate settings. Strong understanding of financial regulations, accounting principles, and procedures. Proven leadership skills with experience managing and developing finance teams. Exceptional analytical and problem‑solving skills for strategic decision making. Proficiency with financial software and ERP systems, such as SAP or Oracle. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with stakeholders. MBA or CPA certification is highly desirable to demonstrate expertise.
