We are currently seeking a Chief Clinical Quality Officer – 6 Months Contract Role for one of our very well-known government clients, to be based in their Dubai office.

Job Responsibilities:

  1. Assist in establishing annual performance goals and indicators, and regularly monitoring progress towards achieving them.
  2. Contribute to the preparation of the operational plan and periodically follow up on its implementation.
  3. Measure and analyze strategic and operational performance indicators, and propose necessary recommendations based on the analysis.
  4. Prepare, review, and develop policies, procedures, and regulations in alignment with the center's needs and best practices.
  5. Contribute to the preparation of periodic reports, including the annual performance report.
  6. Provide support in budget preparation and submission to the direct manager.
  7. Complete any additional tasks assigned by the direct manager within the scope of the job.
  8. Develop a system for managing strategic and clinical performance indicators and oversee its implementation with organizational unit heads in the center to enhance performance.
  9. Analyze operations and devise performance improvement plans to enhance outcomes, ensuring effectiveness, and mitigating risks to patients, employees, and costs in line with best practices.
  10. Assist in the development of center policies and procedures, including defining roles and responsibilities and identifying tools for performance measurement and evaluation.
  11. Monitor the application and execution of approved excellence and quality initiatives by senior management.
  12. Regularly review and enhance all center-related policies, procedure manuals, and models, ensuring alignment with international standards and excellence system requirements.
  13. Conduct internal audits on various quality programs and policies, monitoring initiative implementation, and preparing related reports.
  14. Develop quality management systems and ensure compliance with local and international regulatory requirements.
  15. Evaluate the effectiveness of excellence programs, analyzing results, identifying improvement opportunities, and providing relevant recommendations.
  16. Organize and conduct internal awareness workshops on the significance of performance metrics and quality aspects for all employees.
