  • Collaborate with business ownerand engineering to define and implement innovative solutions forthe product direction, visuals andexperience
  • Gather and evaluate userrequirements in collaboration with businessowner
  • Execute all visual design stages fromconcept to final hand-off to engineering
  • Createuser personas, user journeys and sitemaps
  • Create wireframes and prototypes usingspecialist tools such as Sketch, InVision, Flinto and Axure, aswell as the Adobe product suite
  • Conceptualizeoriginal ideas that bring simplicity and user friendliness tocomplex design roadblocks
  • Present and defenddesigns and key milestone deliverables to peers and executive levelstakeholders
  • Attend meetings to discuss andreview progress on the project
  • Run workshopsfor user and internal stakeholders
  • conductremote and on-site usability testing with real users to ensure theend-product design provides users with the optimum experience interms of efficiency, effectiveness andengagement
  • Conduct user research and evaluateuser feedback
  • Establish and promote designguidelines, best practices andstandards
  • Helping build, define, and innovate avisual identity system—managing brand consistency acrossall touch-points in the customer journey through helping craftdesign specifications, standards, style guides, toolkits, andprocesses.
  • Stay up to date with all of theindustry’s trends and bestpractices
