Patriot Limousine is hiring a full-time Operations Manager in Abu Dhabi, UAE. The role sits at the center of daily dispatch, chauffeur scheduling, fleet availability, and VIP service, which makes it a strong fit for people who already know limousine companies and ground transportation vendors .
What The Role Covers
The work covers trip planning, dispatch coordination, trip assignments, and fleet readiness. It also includes chauffeur performance, shift scheduling, route planning, on-time service delivery, customer escalations, and daily checks on vehicle cleanliness and inspection standards. The job also carries compliance work tied to UAE traffic laws, ITC rules, limousine licensing, and company policy.
This is hands‑on operations work in a luxury ground transport setting. The right person keeps the service moving, keeps the fleet ready, and keeps service standards tight when the schedule gets busy.
What Fits The Job
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, operations, hospitality, or a related field.
- 4 to 6 years of experience in transportation, limousine services, hospitality operations, or a similar field.
- Strong knowledge of UAE limousine operations, fleet management, and regulatory requirements.
- Professional communication and leadership with clients and staff.
