The Opportunity:

Presight is looking for a focused and insightful Specialist Business Intelligence to support its operational strategy and enhance overall business efficiency via BI-driven market research, trend analysis and data visualization.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage BI solutions.
  • Develop standard reports and functional dashboards as per the requirement.
  • Collaborate with business users and understand their requirements.
  • Review and validate customer data as it's collected.
  • Maintain dashboards and reports.
  • Support data analytic platforms.
  • Coordinate with Data/Business Analysts and customers to develop business requirements and specifications documents.
  • Travel to customer sites when needed; join the on-call engineer rotation to provide off-hours support for critical service issues.
  • Identify and implement workarounds for customer incidents.
  • Collaborate in a multicultural and diverse environment.
  • Communicate effectively, conveying and receiving information in a clear and consistent manner.
  • Comply with QHSE (Quality Health Safety and Environment), Business Continuity, Information Security, Privacy, Risk, Compliance Management and Governance of Organizations policies, procedures, plans and related risk assessments.
Qualifications

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, Engineering or related field.
  • 4+ years of practical knowledge in creating application and business solutions on data analytical tools (Kibana, Tableau, or other equivalent tools).
  • 1+ years of Kibana knowledge is a must.
  • 2+ years of experience with SQL databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL).

Ideally, you'll also need:

  • In-depth market and domain knowledge.
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities.
  • In-depth understanding of data visualization tools & techniques.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
