Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Relationship Manager at Tiger Group in Dubai. The Senior Relationship Manager will be responsible for: Maintaining and expanding relationships with clients and brokers. Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities. Collaborating with internal teams to meet client needs and achieve revenue targets. Driving growth through strategic partnerships and a strong presence in the real estate market. Qualifications Proven experience in real estate or related industries , with a strong network of brokers and a track record of high sales achievements. Strong relationship management, sales, and business development skills. Excellent communication and negotiation abilities. Problem-solving and decision-making skills. Strategic thinking and planning capabilities. Ability to work both in a team and independently. Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field.
