The Program Manager Launch and Expansion will be responsible for defining and driving the strategy and execution of new Amazon Now launches and expansions This role requires a strong understanding of program management process improvement and cross-functional collaboration You will work closely with product engineering operations marketing and other teams to ensure successful and timely launches of new services and features
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute program plans for new Amazon Now launches and expansions
- Define and implement operational processes and metrics to support new initiatives
- Identify and mitigate risks and dependencies to ensure on-time delivery
- Communicate program status risks and issues to senior leadership and stakeholders
- Drive continuous improvement of launch processes and playbooks
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and ensure alignment
- Analyze data and metrics to identify opportunities for improvement and measure success
Experience & Qualifications
- 4+ years of program or project management experience
- 3+ years of working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams experience
- 3+ years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics experience
- Ba- 3+ years of driving end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership experience
- 3+ years of driving process improvements experience
- Experience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of
