About the Role

  • Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand our client base.
  • Understand industry-specific landscapes and trends, reporting on the forces that shift tactical budgets and strategic direction of accounts.
  • Identify and pursue up- and cross-selling opportunities within existing clients.
  • Analyze market trends, competition, and customer needs to identify opportunities and develop strategies to capture market share.
  • Support with the creation of sales and revenue reports, as well as forecasts as required by the senior management team.
  • Build a healthy pipeline of clients for Zand's existing and future products.
  • Maintain strong relationships with our partners and clients, ensuring client satisfaction and loyalty to pave way for recurring business.
  • Build an understanding of cultural nuances and differences to build deep connections with a wide range of stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • At least 6 years' experience in a sales or business development role
  • Proven sales or business development success in the blockchain or fintech industry
  • Demonstrable understanding of blockchain systems and solutions is highly desirable
  • Digitally savvy with excellent strategic thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation skills including ability to handle objections and provide win-win solutions
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Self-starter, proactive and highly motivated individual in working towards company's targets
  • Continuous improvement, driven and result-oriented mindset
  • Thrives in both collaborative and competitive environments, and able to build relationships with ease
