Where You Come In

Every category-defining product has one person who wills it into existence. For the CFO Agent, that person is you.

This is a founder-scale mandate, not a job. You will lead the CFO AI squad as its business owner — own the strategy, the roadmap, the go-to-market, the revenue, and the P&L. You will decide what the agent is trusted to do on its own versus what demands a human in the loop — the single hardest, most valuable question in agentic finance. You will pitch it, sell it, and close it yourself before you ever hire someone to do it for you.

We are looking for young, hungry, exceptionally talented builders — people early in their journey with outsized ambition and something to prove. If you have founded a company, shipped fast, sold hard, and want a shot at defining a category with the resources, rails, and licences of a funded fintech behind you — this is that shot. Ambition matters more to us than years on a CV.

Run the CFO AI squad the way a founder runs a company. Own the number. Make the calls. Ship relentlessly. Sell fearlessly. Your scoreboard is not features shipped — it is paying customers who trust an autonomous agent with their money, a growing book of revenue, and a moat built on guardrails, compliance, and execution no competitor can match.

P&L & Business Leadership

• Own the number. Full profit-and-loss ownership of the CFO AI squad — revenue targets, cost base, pricing, and unit economics. The buck stops with you.
• Set the direction. Define the strategy, target segments, and sequencing from first design partners to scaled go-to-market.
• Lead the squad. Build and drive a cross-functional squad of engineers, designers, and operators — hire slow, ship fast, cut ruthlessly.

Product & Autonomy Boundary

• Own the autonomy boundary. Decide, for every class of action, what the agent executes autonomously versus what escalates for human approval — and why.
• Engineer the guardrails. Design the checks, limits, confirmations, and fallbacks that keep autonomous money movement safe and reversible.
• Set the quality bar. Build the evals and quality bar that tell you when the agent is safe to widen — and exactly where it fails.
• Prototype against reality. Ship working prototypes against real payment, banking, and wallet APIs to pressure-test decisions
