We are seeking a detail-oriented and skilled Software Technical Writer with exceptional proficiency in Arabic writing to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating clear, concise and accurate technical documentation in Arabic for our software products, including user manuals, guides, API documentation, and internal process documents. This role requires a deep understanding of software development concepts and the ability to translate complex technical information into user-friendly content for both technical and non-technical audiences. Key Responsibilities Create, update, and maintain comprehensive documentation for software products in Arabic, including user manuals, installation guides, technical specifications, FAQs, and help files. Work closely with developers, QA engineers, UI/UX designers, and project managers to gather information and ensure documentation accuracy. Translate complex technical concepts into simple, clear, and concise Arabic content. Develop and maintain documentation standards, templates, and style guides for Arabic-language materials. Review and revise existing content for clarity, consistency, grammar, and accuracy. Assist in localizing English technical content into Arabic as needed. Ensure all documentation aligns with branding, regulatory, and accessibility standards. Stay up to date with software updates and new features to keep documentation relevant. Qualifications Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology Technical Communication Arabic Language or a related field. Proven experience (2 years) as a Technical Writer preferably within a software or IT company. Excellent command of written Arabic grammar spelling punctuation and technical terminology. Proficiency in English for collaboration and reference purposes. Strong understanding of software development processes technologies and technical documentation standards. Proficiency in documentation tools such as MS Word Confluence MadCap Flare Adobe FrameMaker or similar. Familiarity with version control systems (e.g. Git) and Agile environments is a plus. Experience in creating bilingual (Arabic-English) technical content. Knowledge of UI/UX documentation. Basic understanding of APIs coding logic and software architecture. #J-18808-Ljbffr
