Senior Recruitment Consultant at Innovations Group UAE Role Overview The Procurement PMO Analyst will support the establishment and operation of a Procurement Project Management Office (PMO) to oversee and drive the successful delivery of procurement transformation initiatives. The role will focus on assessment, planning, governance, and performance tracking of multiple transformation workstreams, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and measurable delivery outcomes. This position is ideal for a hands‑on analyst with strong PMO, transformation, and procurement exposure, capable of working in a structured, fast‑paced environment. Duration - 6 months Package - AED 25000 - AED 35000/month Key Responsibilities Support the setup and operationalization of the Procurement PMO for transformation initiatives. Conduct assessments and reviews of proposed procurement transformation workstreams. Develop baselines, KPIs, and metrics to measure delivery progress, performance, and improvement. Analyze current‑state processes and recommend enhancements and prioritization across short-, medium-, and long-term horizons. Assist in the development of the final procurement transformation roadmap. Support the design and implementation of PMO governance structures, reporting frameworks, and control mechanisms. Track milestones, risks, dependencies, and issues across all workstreams. Prepare high-quality reports, dashboards, and executive‑level presentations for stakeholders. Ensure alignment, accountability, and transparency across all procurement transformation initiatives. Coordinate with internal stakeholders, consultants, and project teams to ensure timely delivery. Requirements & Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Supply Chain, Procurement, Finance, or a related discipline. 3–6 years of experience in PMO, transformation, consulting, or procurement‑related roles. Strong understanding of PMO frameworks, governance models, and project management methodologies. Exposure to procurement transformation, strategic sourcing, or supply chain initiatives is highly preferred. Strong analytical skills with experience in baseline assessment, performance tracking, and reporting. Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and project reporting tools. Excellent communication and stakeholder coordination skills. Ability to work independently in a structured, high‑accountability environment. Prior experience in large organizations, government entities, or oil & gas environments is an advantage.
