A well established international group of companies based in Dubai is looking for a skilled IT Specialist System Administrator to manage and support all IT operations across the group
Key Responsibilities
- strong Manage day to day IT operations systems networks and infrastructure
- Provide technical support to all departments and ensure smooth IT functionality
- Administer and maintain company software systems including ERP HRM CSM and other departmental applications
- Troubleshoot hardware software and network issues promptly
- Ensure data security backups and system reliability
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers for technical support and IT procurement
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 3–6 years of UAE experience as a System Administrator / IT Specialist.
- Strong knowledge of software systems (ERP / HRM / CRM, Finance & Accounting systems, etc.).
- Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and multitasking skills.
- Ability to support multiple companies within the group.
