KeyResponsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations ofpatients' medical history, symptoms, and perform thoroughneurological examinations
• Order and interpretdiagnostic tests, such as MRI scans and electroencephalograms(EEGs)
• Diagnose and treat various neurologicalconditions, including brain tumors, spinal cord injuries, anddegenerative diseases
• Perform complex surgicalprocedures, such as craniotomies, laminectomies, anddiscectomies
• Utilize advanced surgicaltechniques, technologies, and instruments to ensure optimal patientoutcomes
• Monitor post-operative progress,manage potential complications, and provide comprehensive follow-upcare
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary teamof healthcare professionals to ensure integrated and holisticpatient care
• Stay updated on the latestadvancements and research in the field of neurosurgery throughcontinuous learning and professionaldevelopment
  
  

Requirements

• Medical degree and a valid license topractice as a NeurosurgeonSpecialist/Consultant
• Extensive experience indiagnosing and treating a wide range of neurologicalconditions
• Expertise in performing complexneurosurgical procedures with precision andexcellence
• In-depth knowledge of advancedsurgical techniques, technologies, and instruments relevant toneurosurgery
• Excellent communication andinterpersonal skills to effectively interact with patients,families, and healthcare team members
• Strongattention to detail, exceptional problem-solving abilities, and theability to prioritize and manage multiple caseseffectively
• Ability to work collaboratively aspart of a multidisciplinary team while also demonstrating autonomyand independent decision-makingskills
