Now Hiring: Vehicle Registration & delivery Coordinator – Ras Al Khaimah Are you a detail-oriented professional with strong coordination skills? We are looking for a Vehicle Registration Coordinator to manage the end-to-end vehicle registration process in Ras Al Khaimah. This role ensures smooth, timely handling of vehicle documentation, number plates, and customer delivery coordination, supporting showroom operations. Key Responsibilities: Manage VCC uploads to enable invoicing and registration. Coordinate with showroom drivers for number plate collection. Arrange RTA vehicle passing for previous year stock. Liaise with PROs to obtain Vehicle Ownership Certificates for used vehicles. Verify and manage registration card documentation during vehicle handover. Collaborate with other branches for inter-emirate vehicle registration. Resolve traffic fines and disputes with relevant authorities. Calculate and apply applicable registration fees and penalties. Clear blocked fines with the Traffic Department under company records. Ensure full compliance with registration policies and uphold customer satisfaction throughout. Requirements: Education: Diploma or Degree in any discipline. Experience: Prior experience in vehicle registration or administrative coordination preferred. Languages: Proficiency in English; Arabic is a plus. Skills & Abilities: Strong communication and organizational skills. Proficient in Microsoft 365 and general computer use. Ability to manage multiple tasks accurately and efficiently. Customer-service mindset with attention to regulatory compliance.
