Job Description We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Aluminium Facade Estimator to join our dynamic team. As an Aluminium Facade Estimator, you will play a pivotal role in our project management process, providing accurate cost estimations and ensuring the financial success of our projects. You will be responsible for evaluating project specifications and drawings to determine the scope of work and required contents for our facade projects. This position requires a comprehensive understanding of façade systems, materials, and manufacturing processes. Attention to detail, strong analytical skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with clients and team members are essential to success in this role. Responsibilities Analyze project specifications and drawings to understand project requirements thoroughly. Provide accurate cost estimations for aluminium façade projects based on market standards. Collaborate with architects and engineers to gather all necessary project details. Develop and maintain a comprehensive database of historical project costs. Prepare detailed project tenders and proposals for new and existing clients. Negotiate material prices with suppliers to ensure cost‑effectiveness of the project. Evaluate alternative solutions and value engineering options to meet budget constraints. Liaise with project managers to ensure alignment on financial aspects of the project. Maintain updated records of project costs, variations, and completed project reports. Monitor project expenses and ensure alignment with estimated costs and budgets. Conduct regular market research to stay informed on industry trends and cost shifts. Ensure compliance with all industry regulations and standards in cost estimation. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field is required. Minimum of five years of professional experience in façade estimation is needed. Strong knowledge of aluminium façade systems and fabrication processes is essential. Proficiency in estimation software and Microsoft Office Suite is highly desirable. Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills to ensure accurate estimations. Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with clients and team members. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
