JOBSUMMARYProvides a high level of property maintenance knowledge.Position has overall responsibility for maintaining the buildinggrounds and physical plant with particular attention towards safetysecurity and asset protection. Responsible for maintaining standards and regulatoryrequirements. Leads the emergency response team for all facilityissues.CANDIDATE PROFILEEducation and Experience High schooldiploma or GED; 6 years experience in the engineering andmaintenance or related professional area; technical training inHVACR/Electrical/Plumbing. 2year degree from an accrediteduniversity in Building and Construction Engineering Mechanics orrelated major 4 yearsexperience in the engineering and maintenance or relatedprofessional area; technical training inHVACR/Electrical/Plumbing.CORE WORK ACTIVITIESManaging EngineeringOperations and Budgets Works with property and regional engineeringleadership team to determine how Engineering is performing againstbudget and highlights areas of concern to leadership. Manages thephysical plant including equipment refrigeration HVAC plumbingwater treatment and electrical systems in accordance with StandardOperating Procedures. Administers service contracts to supportproperty needs. Ensures fire crew has complete understanding of allprocedures equipment and alarms.#J18808Ljbffr
