  • Conduct opportunityidentification, feasibility assessment
  • Draftinginformation memorandums and due diligencereports
  • Perform valuation using various methodsincluding: comparable companies, comparable transactions,discounted cash flow and internal rate ofreturn
  • Prepare research reports for managementand clients upon request
  • Research, summarizeand compile management level M&A industryreports
  • To draft opinions and recommendationsbased on economic and financial research, studies andanalysis
  • Explain to the client in advance, andupon signing the relevant agreement between the company and theclient, the scope of the companys duty represented in simplyproviding the advice and consultancy to the client withoutguaranteeing the results
  • Abide by specificinternally established control systems andauthorities
  • Comply with the professional codeof ethics
  • Maintain the required proficiency topractice financial analysis through continuous education andtraining; and by keeping abreast with the latest developments orupdates related to the applicable international standards andpractices of the profession
  • Prepare thefinancial consultation or financial analysis report in accordancewith the requirements of Section 2 Article 14 of the financialconsultation and financial analysis rules of the UAESCA
  • Comply with the principles of objectivity,professionalism and impartiality when publishing the report or itssummary or when making a statement to themedia
  • Maintain the confidentiality of theinformation required not to be disclosed

Requirements

  • BS degree in Finance, Accounting orEconomics must be qualified CFA and / orMBA.
  • Experience of more than 5 years inInvestment banking
  • Proven work experience as aSenior Financial Analyst, Financial Analyst or similarrole
  • Must be Bilingual (Arabic/English)speaker
  • Hands-on experience with financial andstatistical software
  • Expertise in MS Excel(creating spreadsheets and using advancedformulas)
  • Familiarity with financedatabases
  • Understanding of Enterprise ResourcePlanning systems (ERP)
  • Up-to-date withaccounting laws and regulations
  • Ability topresent financial data using detailed reports andcharts
