The Trainer I isresponsible for delivering client focused training to address thenew hire, product update and recursive training requirement ofConcentrix in support of client programs to ensure superiorworkforce preparation with best in class service and delivery. Thisposition requires attaining and maintaining certification in theTrainer Certification Program EVOLVE, provides mentoring to ProgramReady Trainers, curriculum review and modification as needed, andevaluation of training programs using various feedbackmethods.

  • Responsible forday-to-day functional direction of agents within the programtraining classroom environment, including student progressmonitoring for the duration of training, providing coaching anddevelopmental feedback and readinessrecommendations
  • Utilize effective presentationand facilitation skills including creative training techniques andadult/accelerated learning techniques using a variety of trainingdelivery modalities in a classroomenvironment
  • Prepare and present trainingmaterials through classroom learning, hands on demonstrations, andsupporting activities
  • Accountable for achievingindividual training performance metrics
  • Supportand partner with Operations to transition of agents from trainingto production environment, ensuring competency levels meet businessneeds (where required)
  • Maintain relevantproduct knowledge for each account by taking calls, attendingclient and cross functional meetings (as needed), and side by sideobservations
  • Ensure effective, consistentcommunication with managers, peers, and other resource groups,including day-to-day informal interaction withclients
  • May support Instructional Design teamin designing and developing training materials for variousinstructional delivery methods including; computer-based training,interactive, classroom training, and written jobaids
  • Measure the effectiveness of trainingprograms using various feedback methods – focus groups,interviews, and surveys that will lead to enhancement of trainingresources and programs based on results ofevaluation
  • Recommend curriculum modificationsto Training Manager/Supervisor on the basis of internal customerfeedback and/or Training NeedsAnalysis
  • Participate and contribute tocontinuous learning culture by maintaining engagement on changemanagement, product and services releases, policies, processes, andprocedures
