The duties of this position are to provideprofessional advice and support on all employee relations andpolicy issues. You will be acting as a HR Manager, recommending,developing and implementing people programs, whilst also takingcare of day-to-day HR operational activities, includingdisciplinaries, grievances, appraisals and performancemanagement.


You will beresponsible for the management of day-to-day transactional HR; aswell as supporting the strategic people agenda. You will provideadvice and guidance, and support to Managers and the development ofthe Organisational & People Growth plans in line withstrategic objectives.


Alongside this, you will also beimplementing the recruitment strategy to attract the highestquality candidates for positions across multiple roles such asproduction & operations, finance & accounting andmany more as well as creating job descriptions and management ofthe induction process.
