WE ARE HIRING – NOC ENGINEER | DUBAI

We are looking for a NOC Engineer to join our infrastructure/road construction team in Dubai.

Coordinate and obtain NOCs/approvals from RTA, DEWA, Dubai Municipality (DM), du, Etisalat, DUSUP, and other relevant authorities.
Prepare, submit, monitor, and follow up on NOC applications and technical submissions.
Coordinate with consultants, authorities, utility agencies, and project stakeholders.
Review utility drawings and ensure compliance with authority requirements.
Coordinate utility diversion, relocation, protection, and crossing works.
Follow up on authority comments, technical discussions, resubmissions, and approvals.
Ensure NOC conditions are properly communicated and implemented at site.
Maintain NOC trackers, approvals, records, and correspondence.

Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering or related field.
Minimum 2 years of UAE experience in NOC/Authority Coordination, preferably in infrastructure and road projects.
Experience in infrastructure, road, or utility projects is preferred.
Good knowledge of RTA, DEWA, DM and utility authority NOC procedures.
Strong communication, coordination, and follow-up skills.
Candidates available in UAE will be preferred.
