Key Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate all office administrative functions, including correspondence, scheduling, and record management. Ensure the smooth operation of office systems, supplies, and maintenance activities. Manage office budgets, expense reports, and vendor relationships. Oversee staff performance, attendance, and office discipline to maintain a professional environment. Coordinate meetings, prepare reports, and support HR and accounting functions as required. Implement and maintain efficient office policies, procedures, and filing systems. Serve as the point of contact for clients, visitors, and external partners. Support management in strategic planning, event coordination, and operational improvements. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field. 3–5 years of experience in office management or administrative leadership. Strong organizational and multitasking skills with keen attention to detail. Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal abilities. Proficiency in MS Office Suite and office management software. Ability to work independently and handle confidential information responsibly.
