We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Speech Therapist to join our client's team in Abu Dhabi. This position is within one of the UAE's largest government-affiliated healthcare networks, well-regarded for its patient-centered approach and advanced rehabilitation services. The Speech Therapist will assess, diagnose, and treat patients with speech, language, voice, and swallowing disorders. Experience working with pediatric patients is highly preferred. Other responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Assess patients with communication and swallowing difficulties using standardized tools and clinical evaluations. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address speech, language, and swallowing challenges. Provide therapy for conditions including developmental delays, neurological disorders, hearing impairments, and post-stroke rehabilitation. Collaborate with physicians, psychologists, occupational therapists, and other healthcare professionals as part of a multidisciplinary team. Educate patients, families, and caregivers on therapy techniques and home exercises to support progress. Monitor and document patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as needed. Maintain accurate patient records in line with hospital and regulatory requirements. Stay updated on advancements in speech-language pathology and therapy techniques. Requirements: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Speech and Language Therapy/Pathology or related field. Valid UAE healthcare professional license or eligibility to obtain one. Minimum of 3 years clinical experience in speech therapy, including pediatric exposure preferred. Strong knowledge of speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders. Proficiency in using therapeutic tools, devices, and assessment software. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and counseling skills. Ability to provide compassionate, culturally sensitive care to patients and families.
