Summary:

The role involves monitoring trucks 24/7, ensuring adherence to security protocols, and maintaining communication with drivers. It involves monitoring and sharing the loading and offloading locations with drivers, generating reports, handling breakdown communication via suitable channels, following up with workshop teams, and raising job orders for quick repairs and service. The role also involves coordinating with customs agents, creating NAQL driver cards, managing FASAH and pre-Bayan processes, and preparing customs inspection reports.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Oversee 24/7 monitoring of trucks on the road and ensure adherence to security protocols.
  • Ensure that assigned trucks report to loading and offloading locations punctually.
  • Maintain communication with drivers to track time limits and ensure timely arrival at destinations.
  • Prepare and maintain availability reports for terminal operations.
  • Monitor reefer temperature 24/7 and generate reports to share with customers as required.
  • Share relevant loading and offloading locations with drivers to ensure efficient operations.
  • Ensure drivers adhere to time limits and proper parking procedures.
  • Provide tracker updates to different customers to ensure transparency and communication operation team.
  • Investigate claims related to missing, shortage, or damaged items and prepare initial detailed reports.

Border Process.

  • Coordinate with Silla & Batha Customs agent for Bayan procedures and share relevant information with drivers.
  • Create NAQL driver cards and waybills for KSA shipments to ensure compliance.
  • Manage FASAH and pre-Bayan processes in coordination with KSA agents for KSA shipments.
  • Prepare and distribute customs inspection reports to the Operation Team.
  • Share customs inspection findings with company staff for timely action.

Workshop

  • Breakdown communication Via email with Workshop and Operation Team Cross Border and UAE on the Road.
  • Follow Up with the workshop Team about breakdown trucks.
  • Raising Breakdown job orders in alignment with the engineering department to ensure quick repairs and service.

Qualification:

Educational Background

Graduate or equivalent.

Technical Qualification / Certification

Proficient in monitoring systems and reporting tools.

Related Work Experience

Minimum of 5 Years in UAE transport operations, logistics, and supply chain Management.

Technical/Functional Competency

  • Excellent working knowledge of yard and transport planning.
  • Good Computer Skills.
  • Good Communication Skills.
