Your role is crucial in creating intuitive, responsive, and engaging user experiences that meet the needs of our customers. You will work closely with product designers and backend engineers to deliver high-quality web applications that are both visually appealing and functionally robust.The OpportunityInception is the UAE’s national-scale enabler in AI Research and Development. Partnering with Microsoft's AI SaaS, we offer domain-specific Agentic AI Orchestrator platforms utilizing reasoning agents for precise and cost-effective services. Our focus includes AI incubation, IP creation, applied AI R&D, and AI investment products. By creating models tailored to specific domains and languages, we ensure superior accuracy and efficiency. Collaborating with top universities and industry giants to drive significant advancements in AI technology within the region.ResponsibilitiesSystem Design: Design and implementation of scalable and performant frontend applications.Data Modeling: Data modeling for Frontend applications and create maintainable frontend.Frontend Development: Develop and maintain high-quality frontend code using modern frameworks and libraries such as NextJS.Performance Optimization: Optimize frontend applications for speed and efficiency.Code Quality: Ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices through code reviews and automated testing.Problem-Solving: Identify and resolve complex technical challenges.Stay Up-to-Date: Keep abreast of the latest trends and technologies in frontend development.QualificationsDesired Candidate ProfileExperience with frontend performance optimization techniques.Experience with state management libraries (Redux, Zustand, Redux Toolkit, React Query).Experience with testing frameworks (e.g., Jest, Cypress).Experience with server-side rendering (SSR).Ability to lead Frontend Engineers and projects.What We Look ForIf you are a performance-driven, inquisitive mind with the agility to adapt to ambiguity, you will fit right in.
