  • Abilityto advise clients on interior design factors like space planning,layout, utilization of furnishings and equipment, and colorcoordination.
  • Skilledin developing and nurturing strong business relations with clientsto ensure prolonged and productive businessassociations.
  • Capableof arranging the final inspection of the clients, managing closeoutand final handover of theproject.
  • Experiencedin evaluating interior schemes presented by other consultants andvalueengineering.
  • Skilledin leading a team of designers, guiding them in the planning andexecution of allactivities.
  • Capableof inducting suppliers and contractors based on track record andquote, negotiating for favorable material procurementterms.
  • Excellentcommunicationskills.

  • B.Arch./ M.Arch. From leading institutes with relevantexperience
