Responsibilities
  • Checks incoming and outgoing shipments, item by item and quantity by quantity.
  • Confirms accuracy of packing slips, shipping invoices, vouchers, and back orders.
  • Reports parts and materials damaged in shipment to Branch In Charge.
  • Manages the warehouse to keep it in good condition, clean, and well arranged.
  • Creates a location for new items and keeps all parts in proper location.
  • Checks the branch's order (move order) and arranges to send with necessary system updating.
  • Maintains files of invoices, vouchers, shipping orders, and packing slips.
  • Conducts physical checks to keep stock status accurate.
  • Cooperates with sales staff to support them in achieving their targets.
  • Segregates the received items as stock or customer orders for smooth supply.
Requirements
  • Degree/Diploma holders with a minimum of 3 to 5 years experience in the automobile industry.
  • Must be computer literate with good communication skills in English and Arabic.
  • Should manage all aspects of store operations and must control & improve the efficiency of stores.
