About The Role We are seeking a dynamic and experienced HR professional to join our team as a Senior Officer – Talent Management and Employee Relations. This role plays a key part in driving employee engagement, performance, and compliance across the university. Key Responsibilities Lead the performance review process to ensure alignment with institutional goals and support employee growth. Design and implement training programs to enhance staff capabilities and career progression. Foster a positive work culture through regular feedback mechanisms and engagement initiatives. Ensure fair and lawful resolution of employee issues while maintaining compliance with regulatory standards. Develop and update HR policies to reflect best practices and support operational consistency. Oversee visa processes to ensure timely and compliant handling of employee and student documentation. Manage smooth and respectful offboarding procedures, ensuring proper documentation and exit formalities. Issue accurate and timely experience certificates to departing employees as part of the offboarding process. Coordinate security clearance procedures to meet institutional and regulatory requirements. Qualifications & Experience Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s preferred). Minimum of 4-6 years of relevant HR experience, preferably in higher education or a similar sector. Strong knowledge of UAE labor law and HR best practices. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. Ability to work collaboratively and handle sensitive matters with discretion.
