Responsibilities

• Oversee the financial strategy anddirection of the company, ensuring financial integrity andtransparency at all times.
• Develop andimplement strategic financial plans to support thecompany's growth and profitabilitygoals.
• Manage all aspects of corporate finance,including financial auditing and financialmodelling.
• Conduct comprehensive cash flowanalysis to ensure the company's financial health andstability.
• Lead and manage M&Aactivities, providing expert financial advice andguidance.
• Utilize financial software tostreamline financial processes and improveefficiency.
• Ensure financial compliance withall federal and state financialregulations.
• Develop and implement strategicplans to support the company's goals andobjectives.
• Manage financial risks to protectthe company's assets and maintain financialstability.
• Work closely with other seniorleaders to drive the company's overall strategy anddirection.
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance,Business Administration, or related field. Advanced degree (MBA,Master’s in Finance) or professional certification (CPA,CFA) is preferred.
• A minimum of 10 years ofexperience in a CFO or similar senior financial managerialrole.
• Proven experience in financialmanagement, strategic financial planning, corporate finance,financial auditing, financial modelling, cash flow analysis,M&A, and managing financialrisks.
• Proficiency in financial software andadvanced financial modelling tools.
• Solidunderstanding of federal and state financialregulations.
• Exceptional strategic planningskills, with the ability to drive financial strategy anddirection.
• Strong leadership skills, with aproven ability to manage a team and drive financialperformance.
• Excellent communication andinterpersonal skills, with the ability to present complex financialinformation in a clear and concisemanner.
• Experience in the cannabismanufacturing industry is a must
• Stronganalytical skills, with a keen attention to detail and the abilityto make sound financialdecisions.
