Develop and deliver research reports and custom consulting projects in the telecom and tech domain.
Key Responsibilities- Work with business teams to design and implement quantitative and qualitative research programs that address business questions.
- Explore and implement new research tools and platforms for data analysis and presentation, such as Google Analytics or Tableau.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform strategic product planning and roadmaps for future growth.
- Manage a range of research programs, including customer satisfaction, brand health monitoring, market sizing, segmentation, usage & awareness studies, concept testing, pricing analysis, and other ad-hoc requests.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their telecom research needs and manage day-to-day interactions for ongoing studies.
- Partner with internal teams, including customized research team members, operations, data analytics, finance, and other departments as required.
- Engage with external partners, including interviewers, qualitative moderators, and operations vendors.
- Deep understanding of the telecom industry and knowledge of the latest tech trends.
- Primary focus on consumer research in the telecom and tech domain.
- Quantitative data analysis and proficiency in tools like MS Excel, PPT, and others are required for day-to-day business.
- Ability to understand technical and delivery aspects of research to facilitate internal and client conversations.
- Understanding of analysis tools and data interpretation.
- Experience in questionnaire creation and handling large datasets for analysis.
- Excellent numerical skills and strong communication skills.
- Confident presentation development and delivery skills.
- Creative problem-solving skills and ability to operate in a multi-cultural environment.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in market research.
