Since 2019, these events have been taking place in several cities around the world, with the aim of democratising classical music.Job description:We are looking for a Freelance Event Coordinator to manage our Candlelight concerts in UAE . This role involves full event management, mainly at weekends.Responsibilities:On-site concert coordination (pre-production and production). Supervision of teams (up to 15 people) and service providers (up to 10 companies). Managing institutional relations (local authorities, companies, associations). Ensuring a smooth experience for the audience. Profile required:Experience in logistics and team management. Knowledge of the live performance sector. Good stress and contingency management skills.
