The Role
We are seeking a dynamic andexperienced Senior Sales Executive to join our team in theconstruction material sales industry. The ideal candidate will beresponsible for driving sales and revenue growth in the UAE marketparticularly in Dubai. This role requires a strong understanding ofthe construction material industry and a proven track record inachieving sales targets. Responsibilities: Develop and executestrategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and expand marketshare in the construction material industry. Identify and cultivaterelationships with potential clients including constructioncompanies contractors and developers to promote our products andservices. Lead the sales team by providing guidance support andtraining to drive performance and ensure the achievement of salesgoals. Analyze market trends customer needs and competitoractivities to identify opportunities for growth and developeffective sales strategies. Participate in negotiations andcontract discussions to secure new business and maintain strongcustomer relationships. Collaborate with the marketing team todevelop and implement promotional activities campaigns andmaterials to support sales efforts.

Requirements
  • Proven experience of 5years as a successful sales executive in the construction materialindustry with a strong network of industry contacts and clients inthe UAE market. Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed salestargets with a track record of driving revenue growth and expandingmarket share. Excellent leadership and team management skills withthe ability to motivate and develop a highperforming sales team.Strong business acumen and strategic thinking with the ability toanalyze market trends and develop effective sales strategies.Exceptional communication and negotiation skills with the abilityto build and maintain strong relationships with clients andstakeholders. Bachelors degree in business marketing or a relatedfield; additional certifications or training in sales managementare a plus. Fluency in English and Arabic is preferred. Must havevalid UAE driving license.
