Role Description This is a full‑time, on‑site role for a Senior Civil Estimator, located in Fujairah. The Senior Civil Estimator will be responsible for preparing detailed estimates based on drawings, specifications, and project requirements. Key responsibilities include performing quantity takeoffs, analyzing project costs, assessing material and labor requirements, collaborating with engineering and design teams, and producing accurate bid proposals. The role also involves ensuring estimates comply with client specifications and project goals, reviewing subcontractor bids, and identifying value engineering opportunities while maintaining project timelines. Qualifications Strong expertise in preparing estimates, cost proposals, and bid submissions for civil construction projects Experience with quantity takeoffs, material costing, and labor analysis Proficiency in using estimation tools and software, such as AutoCAD, PlanSwift, or equivalent Knowledge of construction contracts, project planning, and construction techniques Strong attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines Effective communication and collaboration skills to work with cross‑functional teams Familiarity with UAE construction regulations and standards is a plus Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related discipline; relevant certifications are an advantage Seniority Level Mid‑Senior level Employment Type Full‑time Industries Construction #J-18808-Ljbffr
