Position: Learning & Development Consultant (Temporary Assignment)
Role Summary: We are seeking an experienced Learning & Development professional to support the design and implementation of key training initiatives for a major community program. This temporary role will be responsible for developing comprehensive learning strategies and ensuring successful program delivery during 2025.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Conduct needs assessments and develop targeted L&D strategies
- Design and implement training curricula and materials
- Manage program timelines, resources, and stakeholder communications
- Establish evaluation frameworks to measure program effectiveness
- Ensure complete knowledge transfer through detailed documentation
- Minimum 5 years of experience in learning program development
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Organizational Development, or related field
- Proven ability to create both digital and in-person training solutions
- Strong project management and stakeholder engagement skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English
