Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Project Manager to lead home renovation projects, ensuring timely delivery within budget and to the highest standards of quality. The ideal candidate will excel in stakeholder management, team coordination, and problem-solving, all while maintaining strong client relationships and delivering exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities

Project Planning & Management
  1. Develop and manage detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets.
  2. Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with clients and the design team.
  3. Review architectural and engineering drawings to identify and address potential conflicts or discrepancies.
Client Engagement
  1. Meet with potential clients to understand their vision, offer expert guidance, and outline project possibilities.
  2. Serve as the primary point of contact, ensuring clear communication and client satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
  3. Address client concerns promptly and professionally, providing creative and practical solutions.
Team Coordination
  1. Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams, including designers, contractors, and suppliers, to achieve project goals.
  2. Monitor work progress to ensure alignment with project specifications, schedules, and quality standards.
Quality Control, Compliance & Risk Management
  1. Conduct site inspections to ensure all work meets quality and safety standards.
  2. Oversee material measurements and ensure procurement aligns with project specifications, budgets, and schedules.
  3. Stay informed on legal, regulatory, and environmental standards, ensuring compliance throughout the project lifecycle.
  4. Identify project risks, develop mitigation strategies, and prepare contingency plans.
Vendor Management
  1. Negotiate contracts with vendors and subcontractors to achieve cost and quality objectives.
  2. Manage contracts, purchase orders, and delivery schedules efficiently.
Financials, Reporting & Documentation
  1. Create and manage detailed project budgets, providing regular financial reports to stakeholders.
  2. Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring key milestones are met.
  3. Keep accurate records of project details, changes, and expenses.

Qualifications & Skills

  1. Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Architecture, Interior Design, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
  2. Minimum 5 years of project management experience, preferably in home renovations or interior design.
  3. Strong understanding of construction processes, materials, and finishes.
  4. Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Trello) and Microsoft Office Suite (knowledge of AutoCAD is a plus).
  5. Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  6. Exceptional communication and leadership skills, with a client-focused approach.
  7. Familiarity with Dubai's construction and renovation regulations is an advantage.

Personal Qualities

  1. Commercially astute with strong forecasting and budgeting skills.
  2. Flexible, adaptable, and self-motivated, with a collaborative approach to teamwork.
  3. Confident leader capable of inspiring and managing diverse teams.
