Position Overview The Investor Relations Manager supports and manages core IR activities for Presight as an ADX-listed entity. The role is responsible for preparing external disclosures, investor communication materials, and market insights, as well as coordinating investor engagement while ensuring full compliance with ADX and SCA regulatory requirements. Key Responsibilities Regulatory & Disclosure Prepare, review, and coordinate ADX announcements including quarterly and annual results. Support the development of earnings materials (presentations, scripts, Q&A documents). Ensure all investor-facing communications meet ADX and SCA regulatory standards. Investor Communications Develop presentations and content for investor meetings, conferences, and roadshows. Respond to investor and analyst enquiries with timely and accurate information. Support the execution of quarterly earnings calls and investor meetings. Market & Company Monitoring Track share price performance, trading activity, and investor sentiment. Monitor peer companies, sector developments, and market shifts. Review, summarise, and maintain insights from analyst reports, including consensus. IR Website & Database Management Ensure the IR section of the Presight website is consistently accurate, updated, and compliant. Maintain and manage the investor database to ensure complete and current records. Annual Report & Corporate Materials Support the production of the Annual Report and related compliance disclosures. Internal Coordination Work closely with Finance, Legal, Strategy, and Communications to ensure unified messaging. Provide internal updates and insights on market movements, peers, and investor feedback. Comply with QHSE (Quality Health Safety and Environment), Business Continuity, Information Security, Privacy, Risk, Compliance Management and Governance of Organizations policies, procedures, plans and related risk assessments. Key Requirements Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, accounting, business, or related field. CFA, CPA/ACA, MBA, or equivalent professional qualifications are advantageous. 5–7 years of experience in investor relations, equity research, corporate finance, consulting, or investment banking. Experience in a publicly listed environment, preferably ADX-listed. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret market data and financial statements. High proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and analytical tools. Solid understanding of capital markets, ADX/SCA regulations, and disclosure obligations.
